Blinds Vs Shelving Vs Benchtop

If i had to choose between changing the blinds, adding joinery (shelving) and changing the kitchen benchtop.

which ones would take more priority in terms of adding value?

Assuming all of this is in the kitchen?

1.Benchtop
2. Joinery
3. Blinds
Do all 3 anyway if you can afford it.

I would go first with the blinds consistently thru the house, than a benchtop. With joinery it depends what you have at the stage. Good luck:)
I know the place in Melbourne (Box Hill) where they make the custom made benchtops of good quality starting from $85 liner meter.

It really does depend on what you currently have there. Are the current blinds functional or do they put potential tennants off? If it is the latter then definitely change them. You want as munch interest in your property as you can get. And same with the benchtop. Both of these have the potential to add more in perceived value to the end price or rent, then how much they cost to implement.

Wishing you every success,

Ana
