Has anyone employed the services of a building consultant to give them advice, regarding investment properties?
In the latest issue of API magazine, there is an article about a renovating couple in Qld who use a BC to maximize their revaluations and rental returns.
Not knowing much about building myself, I thought I might give one a go, just to see if it's worth it. They should come up with ideas I hadn't even thought of, shouldn't they?
Anyone know any that are any good or can give me their experiences etc (including a price guide) I would be Most Grateful!
