I've read Gerber's books, but haven't done the program. It looks like it would be a good way to keep on track though. We have built our business inline with his fundamentals, but it hasn't been easy to keep on track.
Thanks for that T. Emyth book is good to "get the idea" but to implement it is another thing....
Right now I want to write a procedure manual to hire some staff but have no idea how to do it. It would be great if there's like a template or example that I can follow.
