I look at every applicant except the aforementioned ones and I inform any would be tenants when they phone what cant be accommodated & why and they usually understand the reason why!
There is a mixture, metal fabrication, engineering workshop, storage, tradies leaving their equipment and 3 tenants who specialise in high tech work in the same field, plus another 2 who dabble in the same work area but not at the same level.
I have had 1 tenant for nearly 16 years and another for over 12 years.
