Locating some stats

I'm sure it has been posted previously but I can't seem to locate it. Below are some stats ive been using in my DD but with ABS i cant find the data beyond 2011. Can anyone tell me where I might find info re:

- Population stats for suburbs for 2012/13
- Household incomes for suburbs over 2012/13
- Average mortgage/rent commitments per household

Whilst on the matter, what types of trends do people like to look at when considering a suburb/area?

You can't find data past 2011 as that was the last time a census was taken. Next one is due in 2016, since they conduct it every 5 years.
