My PPOR Renovations

Good news is we got a decent valuation $625 000 (purchased for $412 000 and spent $150 000 = $562 000), bad news is we can't refinance and access any equity in order to finish the extention out the back...because we haven't gotten the final certificate on the build...because we haven't finished the extention out the back.

Got to love banks.
