Office Property - Picking Suburbs/Positions?

Hi,

Say I decided to start investing directly in CP, and chose, for various reasons, to mainly focus my efforts on the office sector.

Now, if we ignore general market/state/sector specific cycles - ie, timing considerations...

If not in the CBD, how do you pick a good suburb for office property?

Once you've picked the suburb, what factors help you pick the best position within that suburb?

If in the CBD, anywhere in particular within the CBD?
