whynot? 5th Sep, 2009 #2 Surprise Surprise! 2 layers of floor tiles??? The old cast iron bath was even heavier than we thought it would be. It took 4 men to get it out of the house. whynot? 6th Sep, 2009 #7 The total cost was just over $5000 Plumber -$1200 Tiles $400 Tiler $2200 Spa - Free Tapware $200 Cabinet $500 We did the pull out on the Sunday and it was ready to use on the Friday. We still have to add a few hundred dollars for paint and a blind for the window.

V v770 25th Sep, 2009 #9 Hey there, Looks awesome! Mind if i asked how much would it cost had u left it all for the contractors to do the job? Also, was it noticeable when the bathroom had 2 layers of tiles prior to ur reno??
