Plumber Needed - Kitchen Reno

Hello fellow Somersofters;

Helping my bro sort out the renovation of his kitchen in sigle-bed apartment in Fairfield, Melb. He's got a good joiner to do the kitchen, also has sparkie & plumber, however the plumber has said he can't do the rangehood & will need to find someone else. We already have the rangehood and the joiner has also said he can't do it. We need to find an honest plumber for the following:
- Rangehood ducting (through ceiling & out brick wall)
- Conversion from electrical to gas hot water. There is gas supply to the building (the apartments below have gas), however, his apartment is all electrical. The electrician has said he could potentially experience shorts if too much power is drawn. Conversion to gas would also get rid of the storage HWS and free up more kitchen space.

Any recommendations of honest people who'd be wiling to do this would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

What level is the apartment on? with the rangehood ducting for the flu, Is it going to the roof? or where are you running it to? "through a brick wall"

If the range hood is to much of a pain to put in the roof get a recirculating one and just buy carbon filters.
