Bank of Queensland has moved to pass on the interest rate cut in full, while NAB also to cut variable interest rate by 25 basis points to 5.88% after RBA decision.

The conservative side would be putting the bottle back in the fridge next time around prior too the election slaughter,and waiting with this low interest rates the next one will not be down..Yay, pop that champers.
I have a loan coming off 5.8% March 2014... should be nice timing...
It was locked in for 2 years at 5.8%, so hopefully a 5 year below 5% comes up by then... will save me ~$1,500p.a
Other one Fixed in at 4.89%
Kept 3 variable though, which total ~$300k so rate drop saves me ~$750p.a
