Hi All
I am just about to embark on a renovation of a 2 bed unit. I have done another in this complex, though on that one I had a builder manage it for me. I am co-oridinating this ome myself.
The reno includes, new kitchen (including dishwasher), new bathroom, new laundry sink, new floor coverings (tiles and carpet), new paint inside.
I am doing the demolition and painting myself to save some cash.
I am just have a few questions:
Does the electrician need to wire up etc before the new kitchen goes in and then come back and connect it all etc after the install of the appliances?
Is it the same for the plumber? Does the plumber install the sink, the vanity and the laundry tub?
As for shower sceens do you get a specific shower screen installer guy to do that?
Does it matter when tiling gets done (ie before or after kitchen install?)
There will be a need to fix up some of the cornices etc where the new kitchen will go in, do I need a plasterer for this or is it relatively easy just to do myself?
Thanks for your time. Much appreciated.
Cheers
Ben
