As luck would have it, I was in the car driving along when he came on. I think the main gist of the discussion was that we must all take responsiblity for our future and trust no one with our money. He was also talking about his book "Prophecy" and how all the baby boomers in the US will cash their chips in around 2012, around 80 million of them out of a population of around 290 million!
He also mentioned a number of times at how shocked he is with the amount of Taxation we have in Australia!
Anyway - he took phone calls and one that I caught the tail end of the conversation was when I got home and walked inside and turned the radio in and someone was - (I think) talking about how he made a number of very successful RE investments in Beijing - he was an Aussie living in Brisbane - did anybody catch that conversation?
