Wishful thinking mr shovel. Once all the fifo workers are out of the picture it'll be hard times - buy at the bottom & pray isn't a strategy favoured by everyone.

Everything listed is still on the wishlist (Including cg).

The initial link in this thread mentions a pipeline. It's already completed!! It had water through it last year! http://www.mpcgroup.com.au/page/Projects/Woleebee_Creek_to_Glebe_Weir_Pipeline_Project/

Things have really slowed down around Chinchilla town and there are a ridiculous number of empty houses, awaiting tenants, or buyers. Way more than REA's are actually showing.

Why not ? Plenty of mining fueled towns disappear ....
