Yes, overloaded PMs are stressed PMs and this impacts negatively on the workplace culture and quality of service for both tenant and landlord. With 400 properties it would be impossible to write quality descriptive PM reports with digital photos for landlords and to follow up on maintenance and safety issues expediently no matter how amazing one's time management capabilities are. That is just too many properties to provide a quality service that follow up on presenting matters. Great to see you have a fantastic PM
