hope theres no mention of the term "median house price" in it......as soon as i hear that term sprnkled within releases such as this i avoid the rest of the comments...

the reiq is renowned for stetching the truth to suit its members and misrepresent actual market figures.

bit like the police saying theres no corruption within their ranks...

Maybe it's just me but from the amount of new listing in the area's we invest in,,properties staying un leased for months ,,why would anyone who understands property investing listen too anyone in the real estate game,most agents have never seen properties sit for years,the more i'm starting to see after this morning it may well be "1992"all over again..willair..
