Water inlet on toilet problem

I am wanting to replace my S trap toilet with a back to wall model. I was wanting to enclose the water inlet with a back to wall model to that all the pipe work is hidden but I have been unable to find a toilet where this is possible as my water inlet is located ~300 mm from the floor and offset by ~130 mm horizontally. I have spoken to a few plumbers but they all say that the water tap needs to be accessible.

Does anyone have any idea how to get around this problem apart from drilling a hole through the bottom of the cistern of a back to wall model or changing the plumbing within the wall up to a height of ~700 mm. Has anyone seen any toilets able to accomodate a bottom entry with all pipe work hidden?

Yeah, it will be hard to find a toilet to cover any existing pipework.

Is the wall for the toilet brick or villaboard?

If you cant find a toilet, then you have no choice but to move it to rear inlet or move it closer to enclose the water inlet.

The wall is tiled on plasterboard. I am not keen to change the plumbing in the wall. Is it possible to drill a hole with a diamond drill through porcelain?
