The last time the state govt. put a stamp duty free threshhold for first homebuyers the median quickly surpassed this point.
The same will happen this time that they have lifted the threshhold to $500k.

This market will now crank up again and not stall till interest rates rise again.

According to the latest ABS figures the current unemployment rate in WA is at 2.7%
