Hi,ive been considering entering the south/east qld market in the western corridor,ive came across this subdevision with 4 bed house and land packs at 400k....id really appreciate any comments on peoples thoughts on these houses, value wise and the potential cg.I see there are some other houses for around 350k but are they on par with these ones?
on the map i see a lot of land around so is this a bad thing or not?
