35 metres hole looks not too expensive. Is it possible to hire drilling equipment and do it yourself, or better leave it to professionals? Also all this pipes installation and connection better be done by experts or handyman will be good enough?

Almost all retainng walls eventually start to topple over, suppose 15 cm one might be an exception. But why not slope as better option? Water goes away, no additional edges to trim if grass planted, no problems with wall moving.
