I've been looking for a commercial CBD property in Perth for the last 12 months (100-300sqm) but there really seems a shortage of available proeprties!

I've only been looking on www.reiwa.com.au and http://www.realcommercial.com.au/

Can anyone suggest how else to find what I'm looking for?

Hi Don,

Seeing as though you seem to live in Perth, I'd maybe suggest going for a casual stroll down the Terrace and all of the backstreets.

Plenty available last time I went strolling.

Much still of life is not on the internet - thankfully.
