HI All, I finally got my DA ( Applied April 2013) for 8 X 4 bedroom Townhouse development in Blacktown area (Sydney). I live in one house and my next door is my IP, each on 1012sq a total of 2024. There is a fibro house on each property in good condition (3 bed and a 4 bedroom)...

From the photos I cannot see any damage to the roof. If the roof does not require any work then a half decent handy man should be able to do most of the work. I guess this could fetch close to $200K in today's HOT Sydney market. Anyone think otherwise?
