    Extracting of teeth for braces

Hi. If an orthodontist has evaluated your son's dentition and determined that there is insufficient room for all the teeth and that some need to be removed, I would follow their advice. None of us here have the benefit of clinically and radiographically evaluating your son's teeth. As far...

    Buyers Agents

Clever play on words...never heard that before...;) So...you're paying a large sum of money to someone you don't know to do something you can do yourself (as many people do). Sounds like you're already attacking your own argument. BTW, $10K?? for the average property in Sydney. Please share the...

    Buyers Agents

Just interested if you have ever sold a property. If you have (or ever will) did you use a real estate agent or did you do it all yourself? After all, this would be paying someone you don't know large sums of money and involves hundreds of thousands of your dollars. I think it is too easy to...

    Tv - Show Renovators

Good point Perky. That would mean that they did pay less than $300K for a house in Blacktown, and if it's in a reasonable street, that's not bad buying. In fact, they all seem like quite reasonable prices. Not like the block, where they seemed to pay above top dollar. I can't wait to see what...

    Experiences with a Buyers Agent

I think you'll find with most BA's that they'll consider every property on its own merits, regardless of where it came from- agent, private sale or otherwise. No conflicts of interest at all- they still work 100% for the buyer.

    What happened to good manners?

When did Jacque say it was a client? How do you take the giant leap required to convert 'helping an acquaintance' to 'conducting a business transaction for free'? Sadly, I find there are more and more people who just can't seem to grasp that there are truly nice individuals out there who...

    What happened to good manners?

Oh good grief... wheeling out the old 'I have my opinion and can say anything I want' barrow... That's such a tired and overused line.

    What happened to good manners?

Only someone who truly believes this would make such a comment. In my 'real world' people do care and are not just numbers...What type of business are you in? I certainly don't want to use your services if I'm just another number that you couldn't care less about. I think this comment...

    Buyers Agents - Commercial Property

Why? The buyers agents I know seem to do a great job for those who don't have the knowledge, time or inclination to source properties.

Lane Cove & Naremburn .....thoughts ?

Jax is a buyers agent who knows that area very well. Maybe check out her services?

$180 per hour to use solicitor?

What I can tell you through personal experience is that the majority of tradespeople I have employed will offer a lower quote for a cash job (ie no tax to be paid). I can't recall ever being quoted a lower price for cash by a doctor, dentist, lawyer etc... So I think the facts speak for...

    Ironical isn't it ..

Yep, read it, but still can't figure out what its purpose was...other than what I have previously said. And I have absolutely no idea what its connection with property investment is...can you enlighten us?

    Ironical isn't it ..

I have no direct involvement with Steve Navra, other than I respect him and have some money in the Navra fund. Exactly - which is why I reserve the right to question what the purpose of this thread was (which is the only part of the previous post you conveniently forgot to answer). I don't...

At last, land tax relief for investors

But of course, for those of us who hold IP's in trusts in NSW, there is no threshold at all

    Ironical isn't it ..

No, it wasn't worth making. Looking back over your posts you definitely seem to have a vendetta against Mr Navra. You will obviously disagree with this and probably feel justified in making your comments. What exactly was the purpose of this thread? TakeStock
