I am looking to purchase a 3BDR brick house to live in Brisbane up to 325K, not more then 20km from GPO. Any good suburbs recommended?

Ferny Grove and Ferny Hills

You should investigate Ferny Grove and Ferny Hills; they're great to live in. People who live there speak highly of their suburb: a trainline, relatively large blocks of land, good state schools.Brick houses are still within your price range.

Generally a WASPs area.
