Excellent article, especially on the concepts about how big companies average employee contributions and can't measure (and therefore can't proportionately reward) employees. Don't necessarily agree with all of it, of course (such as start ups requiring technology, etc)

I agree. Some good points but too long. I'm sure the same points could have been conveyed with half the words.

Add an "o"- "Todo listo" is Spanish for "all ready".
