How to cook eggs?

I was thinking about this thread today while I'm up the coast on holidays..... With my favourite frypan, paella pan, knives, egg slice, wine glasses and beer glasses.

Took the family, too, but they were an afterthought.

Someone needs to clean up

I often steam eggs (saves time if I'm already steaming other foods). Just whip them up a bit, put in a plate or bowl, add sugar, steam until cooked and you've got a nice dessert.

Although got to be a bit careful, for some reason if you oversteam it even by a bit, the eggs can fluff up and spread over the bowl. Sort of a "Blob" thing.

Probably eaten more bread than drank cups of water in my life - still going strong.

Last time I checked, Dilmah doesnt make coffee, it makes God's water!
