Hoping I can get some tips from locals in the KL area. Please excuse me if this has been asked before, but can't find any specific threads on this topic.
We have been looking for a PPOR in Baulkham Hills and the surrounds but the competition and the going price is not helping us much.
We are willing to spend up to 550k for a 3 bedder house and the going price in BH is around 600+ for something which does not require a major reno before moving in.
KL seem to have much bigger houses, however the price diff between KL and BH is quite high - around 80-100k approx.
For ex, stock in KL near the Seven Hills Rd - Joseph Banks dr, Solander rd is quite closer to BH and the M2. I don't see much difference living there than in BH, it is also closer to the Matthew Pearce school.
What makes BH so popular other than it being part of the Hills council and some places in BH closer to M2?
