All in Vic so far. Next one might be interstate to avoid running into land tax. But won't be buying any more for a while now as we just upgraded our PPOR and have a small mortgage to pay off again, as well as another baby on the way!

* Done considerable negotiations/homework in these smaller places, I know them, the people quite well, have long term leases on the IP's with Corporation business...plus 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th emergencies.
 
Multiple properties in Moree, Taralgon, West and South West Sydney.

Had properties in Hobart but found the PM fees and maintenance ate into the cash-flow however sold for a tidy profit. :D

Yes not having much fun with this weather. It was Blue Monday today...The most depressing day of the year apparently.

At least I get to see a football game at a decent time :) Oh and what happened last Sunday?? :p

Managed to avoid that weekend (OMG !!!!!!).

Unfortunately having to fly out to the UK today bit rushed as my father has been given weeks to live and want to see him before it is too late.

If i had more time I would buy you a nice cold beer in Earls Court but wont be staying that long.

Will i be ok in my shorts and tshirt when i land ?
