First World probs

I have two serious problems with my kids at the moment .

Every so often my wife buys a packet of tim tams or mint slices . Usually by the time I see them the kids have eaten them all , But do they throw the empty packet out .

No.....:mad::mad:

They leave it in the pantry making it look as though there are still some in the packet for me ...:(

Second , more serious . last two days I've come home and my son has parked in my parking spot . So I have to use my mobile to ring inside so my wife can get my son to come out and move his car so I can have my spot ... I mean , how inconsiderate is that ...

I just can't believe daylight saving starts this weekend? It means there is an hour less of the long weekend! :( Talk about ripped off!

See ya's.

I gues that's not quite as bad as buying toilet paper and forgetting to bring it.

This is worse

My husband does this too. So annoying! :p

Mine too but he throws the empty packet out which is possibly even more annoying because I don't know it's gone until I go to use it.

This weekend just gone is a perfect example - I bought 2L of white vinegar a while ago to have when I poache eggs. I go to use it on Sunday and it's all gone. I asked my husband where it was because he also puts things in places that only make sense to him so it's like playing hide and seek with our household items. Anyway, he tells me he used all of it to clean some parts on the boat motor....

So for breakfast on Sunday we had eggs that were poached in red wine vinegar....

I use neither. I'm a professional IT security specialist and I believe FB represents a major breach of most peoples' privacy, and that at some point in the future most people will be very sorry they put all that information out for the world to see.

This is the main reason I cancelled my FB account some years ago now. I had a couple good mates working in IT security and none of them were on FB, it was a big red flag for me.

My tooth found part of a diamond in my cereal this morning. Now missing some tooth. Hoping to find some bigger diamonds tomorrow before I add the milk.

Unfortunately there is no way of knowing whether your information was actually removed, who else had access to it or where it is now.

Don't forget, anything you put into FB becomes FB's property to do with as they see fit. The privacy principles we use in Australia don't practically apply here.

Up to a boring level of candy crush. Need to repaint my toenails but can't be bothered taking off current nail polish. Ate too many chocolate biscuits and jelly beans this afternoon. Creche at gym not open on weekends.

Did someone mention chocolate, I am just too sophisticated for you lot:p I will only eat Swiss choc and if I can not get this I'll eat Lindt if I have too.

there is some excellent WA chocolate being made atm, dont limit yourself to the swiss stuff! try gabriels and bahen and co (both from margaret river) for bars etc and sue lewis and nakamura for really top notch truffles. sue lewis also does some ice creams, other chocolates and a chocolate making class that is meant to be really good.

My first world problem for the past few weeks:

If I book AirAsia business class to Japan I can't go to the Qantas Club and Air Asia don't have a lounge.

Solution would be to fly Jetstar or Qantas but I'm too stingy.

This dilemma has been troubling me for weeks and I need to book the tickets.

i believe you might be able to use other airline lounges if youve got an amex platinum card, even if youre not flying with that airline. some other platinum cards might have that feature too

I could go get one of those I suppose but I bet it doesn't allow a husband and 3 kids in on it and QClub kindly do. I shall investigate - thanks for the heads up.

Having to queue when boarding a Jetstar flight. What do you mean "there's no priority lane"?!

Do I buy 3 cheap houses or 1 more expensive one? If that's not first world I don't know what is.
