Im 30 now and think this is where I will stop. I was chained to the mortgages for the last 10 years or so. Everything pays itself now so its time to enjoy the children while they are young.
 
so far:
1 IP in Newcastle, NSW
1 PPOR (being built) in Sth Hedland WA
but keeping an eye out for another IP in the next 6-12 months.
 
Most are in NSW except for one lonely one in Vic. We did have some in Tassy for a while, but they were sold around five years ago.
 
I doubt there are 310 properties, more like caravans or demountables on a converted farm.
But very interesting concept.

Only get rental from the land though, don't own the houses on them.

Kind of. More like retirement village. Residents own their house, but we own the land, they pay a weekly rent/management fee to occupy the land and have the grounds maintained. Works pretty well, keeps cashflow coming in long after the houses have been developed.

I did have the chance to buy one last year for $1.3 mil..It came with 82 rental lots and 40 relocatables..in various livable condition. The rules to bring them up standard would have been the drawback..sewer etc (Canada)
 
Canberra, ACT!!! Inner North all the way.

But circling Sydney/Newcastle lately. Newcastle seems fairly fully priced atm though to be honest, but there is the odd bargain amongst all the bloated prices. Maybe checking out the central coast.

all of ours are morayfield/caboolture.
We live just outside of caboolture town, and mainly because when we started we were on such a low income that we were doing all the maintenance ourselves so we needed to have them nearby.
