Posted back in June last year;

Added this year;
1xCessnock NSW (+granny flat under construction for 9.2% yield, yay!)

Currently in acquisition mode on duplex or triplex build. Due diligence underway.

I read the thread about the astonishing property count list of the members. I am new in the field ( though quite old) . Can you please help me to get there in the process?

I live in Sydney and have 1 IP unit only.

And it does give you an idea of their strategy - how spread out they are.

Seems like a lot of people do stay close to home, at least for a couple of purchases.
 
the info is here and individuals can use it as they please

whats completely useless is peoples negative opinions on the point of the exercise...


...I think its good to know who you can approach for advice if you are planning to purchase in a specific area
